The project will be developed on a plot measuring about 4.03 acres and has a development potential of approximately 901,902 sq.ft of built up area. The proposed project area falls in Kompally village & Grampanchayat which comes under GHMC.
This new project involves the construction of 2 blocks with 7 Upper Floors in each block. Moreover, this project would consist of a total of 467 apartment units comprising of various sizes of 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK units.

All sorts of social infrastructure like transportation facilities, water supply & sanitation facilities, communication facilities, educational institutions, hospitals, markets, banks, cultural amenities etc. exists near the project site.
By road the project site is well-linked to Quthbullapur which is just 5 kilometers away. ORR (Outer Ring Road) also passes through this area. The nearest railway station is the Secunderabad Railway stations located at a distance of 11 km while the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Airport is located at a distance of 32 kms.
