Ashoka Builders India Private Limited has proposed to construct a new Residential Project situated at Pocharam, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal – Malkajgiri District, Telangana. At present the company is in the process of seeking environmental clearance approvals.
Project Specifications:
The project will be developed on a plot measuring about 4.11 acres and has a development potential of approximately 928,959 sq.ft of built up area. It is proposed to provide 480 residential apartment Units in 1 block with a maximum floor of 15 above ground. The land allocation will be optimized to ensure compliance ith the regulations of GHMC.
Other salient features shall include uninterrupted power and water supply, Sewage treatment plant. Solar Energy will be used for fencing, and partially for hot water in the apartments
Apart from this, it is proposed to provide 2 Basement floors for parking for 530 nos. of four wheelers and 480 nos of two wheelers. In addition, a part of the project would feature an Amenities Block with 2 basements and 2 Upper Floors.
Locality & Connectivity:
The project site is well connected through different transport facilities. This site is connected by 18 m wide road in south direction connecting Hyderabad – Warangal Hwy (NH202).
The proposed project is located at a distance of 3.12 kms from the Ghatkesar railway station while the RGIA is about 28 kms from from the project site. Moreover, the property is surrounded by a lot of the community facilities including schools, hospitals, temples etc located in close proximity to the project location.
