Realty developer Avighna Group to enter into an agreement with HBS Realtors to develop a Rs 1,800 crore residential project in Mumbai’s Worli locality.
The project is estimated to have total development potential of 0.72 million sq ft. on a land parcel spread over 3.4 acre land parcel along the Dr Annie Besant Road in Worli.
As part of the proposed agreement, Avighna Group is expected to take care of entire execution and marketing of the project, while HBS Realtors will bring in the land parcel.
Apart from a premium residential development, the project in Worli is expected to also include some retail and commercial components. However, both the companies are yet to take a call on the proportion of these developments.
