Diamond Group has proposed to develop a Residential Project “Diamond Tower” located at Pradhikaran Annex, Ravet, Pune, Maharashtra.
The development potential of the project is 399,639 of built up area which is spread over a land measuring 1.77 acres. The proposed project involves the construction of Wing A with 1 Basement + Ground Floor + Podium + 12 Upper Floors while Wing B would comprise of 2 Basements + Ground Floor + 18 Upper Floors.
