Dosti Realty has proposed to construct a new Residential Project situated at Balkum, Thane District, Maharashtra. At present the company is in the process of seeking environmental clearance approvals.

Moreover, energy saving by non-conventional methods would be implemented in the project such as Solar PV Hot water to Residential Buildings, Solar PV Panels on Roof Top of Commercial Area., Solar Street lighting in landscape , common area passages.

The project site is surrounded by a lot of the community facilities including schools, hospitals, banks, ATMs, parks, temples etc located in close proximity to the project location. Sanjay Gandhi National Park is located approximately 2.5 km away from the project site. Similarly, the property is also well connected through different transport facilities.
