Jain Constructions has proposed to develop a residential cum commercial project “Jains Balaji Waterside” in Safilguda of Telangana.
Spread over an area of 8.29 acres, the project will be of approximately 1.7 million sq ft of built up area and would feature 5 residential towers having 2 basements and each tower would consist of 13 Upper floors.
Additionally, a part of the project would feature an Amenities Block of 3 upper floors and a commercial block of 5 floors. Overall, there would be a total of approximately 520 apartments.
