Manohar Infrastructure & Constructions Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in driving growth in the regional real estate market has proposed to develop a Mega Residential Project known as “The Palm”.
The project is located in Villages Mullanpur Garibdas, Dhanauran and Mastgarh, LPA Mullanpur, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) in Punjab.
It comprises of 862 residential plots, 11 public buildings, group housing, EWS flats in an area of 6.84 acres and commercial area of 2.04 acres including construction of 34 Residential plots having built-up area of 17,301.84 sq.m.
The overall project will have a net planned area of 139.20 acres which is more than 50 ha. with a total built-up area of approximately 9 million sq.ft.
At present, the development work i.e. laying of roads, plumbing services, etc. has started in the project.
