Primarc Group has proposed to develop a Residential Row House Project which is located at Mankundu, Hooghly in West Bengal spread over an area of 4.61 acres.
The proposed project is an expansion of an ongoing residential complex. The ongoing part of the project comprise of 4 blocks which accommodates residential flats along with commercial areas in terms of office spaces and retail outlets.

The project site of the proposed complex is located at Mankundu, Hooghly. The site is abutted by Khan Road that connects the Delhi Road at its west near Garji Crossing and Chandernagore at its east.
It is around 200m from Mankundu Railway Station, one of the most important railway station of Eastern Railway Main Section. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International airport is around 49km by road.
