PVR Developers India Pvt. Ltd. has proposed to develop a new residential project spread over an area of 4.82 acres located at Shankarpalle, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana.
The project is envisaged as a gated community of residential apartments with various amenities. It has a development potential of 907,724 sq. ft. of built up area and envisages the development of 5 blocks with a maximum of 11 floors upper floors.
Moreover, a part of the project would feature an Amenities Block of 4 floors. Altogether, the project would consist of around 590 residential apartment units.
The area in and around the project is well developed with numerous community facilities like educational institutions, banks, hospital, places of worship etc.
Similarly, the project site is well connected through different transport facilities. The nearest railway station is the Shankarpally Railway Station which is in close proximity to the project site at a distance of 3.7 km.
