Rajshree Developers has proposed to develop a Residential Project located at Chenpur, Ahmedabad District, Gujarat. At present the company is in the process of seeking environmental clearance approvals.
Project Specifications:
The project will be developed on a plot measuring about 1.82 acres and has a development potential of approximately 352,722 sq.ft of built up area. The project is the construction of 4 residential towers with up to 13 upper floors.
Apart from this, it is proposed to provide 98 Commercial units. In addition, the project will have Sewage Treatment Plant, Rainwater harvesting systems. Solar hot water system are also proposed in project. A total of 192 residential units are planned to be developed.

Moreover, the project site is well connected through different transport facilities. The proposed project is located at a distance of 8.5 kms from the Ahmedabad (Kalupur) station while the Ahmedabad, Hansol is about 6.2 kms from from the project site.
