Shanders Group has proposed to develop their new residential project “Shanders Sapphire” located at Chikkanagamangala, Sarjapur Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru, Karnataka. At present the company is in the process of seeking environmental clearance approvals.

The project will be developed on a plot measuring about 4.67 acres and has a development potential of approximately 597,610 sq.ft of built up area. The project is the construction of 1200 apartment units. In addition, the project is planned to have parking facilities for 794 cars.

All sorts of social infrastructure like transportation facilities, communication facilities, educational institutions, hospitals, markets, banks, etc. exists near the project site.
The nearest railway station is the Bengaluru city railway station located at a distance of 20 kms while the Kempegowda International Airport Limited is 45 kms away from the project site.
