The project involves the construction of a Hospital building, Medical College, 1 Faculty Quarter, Staff Quarter, Boys Residential Hostel, Girls Residential Hostel, Nurse Hostel, Girls Hostel, Boys Hostel, Paramedical Hostel, and Two dining blocks. In addition, parking facilities will be provided for 463 Nos. of Vehicles.

All community facilities like schools, market, educational institutions, banks, etc. are located within 1-5 Km. radius of Project area.
Moreover, the property is well connected through different transport facilities. The project site is located 12 Kms. away from Chapra Railway Station while the Nearest airport is Patna Jay Prakash Narayan Airport approx. 60 kms from the Project Site.
