SNR Avenues Private Limited has proposed to construct a new Residential Project “SNR Elite” situated at Gopanapally, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. At present the company is in the process of seeking environmental clearance approvals.

The project will be developed on a plot measuring about 6.41 acres and has a development potential of approximately 1.54 million sq.ft of built up area. It is proposed to provide 680 residential apartment Units in 8 Buildings comprising of 2 Basements + Ground Floor + 9 Upper Floors.
Apart from this, it is proposed to provide parking facilities for a total of 700 vehicles. In addition, a part of the project would feature an Amenities Block with 2 basements and 4 Upper Floors.
Locality & Connectivity:
The project site is surrounded by a lot of the community facilities including schools, hospitals, temples etc located in close proximity to the project location.
Moreover, the property is well connected through different transport facilities. This site is connected by a 18 m wide road in north direction connecting Kanchi – Gachibowli road. The proposed project is located at a distance of 5.3 kms from the Lingampally Railway Station while the RGIA is about 40 kms from from the project site.
