Sri Mytri Constructions and Developers has proposed to develop a residential project spread over an area of 3.96 acres. The project is coming up at Village Sultanpur, Ameenpur, Sanga Reddy District, Telangana.
It has a development potential of 534,108 sq. ft. of built up area and envisages the development of 4 towers having about 8 upper floors in each tower.
Moreover, a part of the project would feature an Amenities Block of 4 floors. Altogether, the project would consist of around 336 residential apartment units.
