Gujarat based Teraiya Group has proposed to develop their new residential project. The project is situated at Muthiya in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The proposed residential project would be spread over an area of 6.01 acres and will offer approximately 443,560 sq. ft of built up area. It envisages the development of one residential tower with 10 Upper Floors providing 300 apartment units.
The project site is in close proximity to S.P. Ring Road at a distance of 0.3 km and is strategically located near the Sabarmati Railway Station at 9 km. Similarly, Ahmedabad Airport is also located quite near to the project site about 3.6 km away.
