Unique Group has proposed to develop a Residential Project “K Town” which would be coming up at Kiwale, Pune, Maharashtra.
The development potential of the project is 1.52 million sq.ft of built up area which is spread over a land measuring 10.22 acres. The proposed project involves the construction of 9 Towers of 1 Basement + Ground Floor + 14 Upper Floors.
Similarly, the 10th tower would feature 14 upper floors and the 11th tower would consist of 6 upper floors. In addition, a part of the project would involve 1 Block of 1 upper floor and a Club house Block of 1 Upper Floor.

The nearest railway station is the Akurdi station which is located at a distance of 5.1 kms while Pune Airport is at a distance of 29 kms.
