Upcoming Hospitality Project Veto Grand Hyatt at Jaipur.

Veto Group Proposed a Hotel Project namely “Grand Hyatt” at Khasra No. 72/971, 72/972, 72/1021, 127, 128, 128/1, 128/1023, 129, 130, 131, 131/2, 478, 480 and 481, Harwar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This project is at a distance of 20.4 km from the Jaipur Railway Station and at a distance of 28 km from the Jaipur Airport. The project will also have a Rain Water Harvesting plant and a Sewage Treatment Plant to take care of the sustainability of the project. 

This upcoming project is a private project and will occupy a land parcel of 19.14 acres with a construction area of 848,308 sq.ft. The project is currently under approval. The proposal states that the project will comprise 4 blocks, Block A, Block B, Block C and Block D along with 104 villas. Block A will have a basement, a ground floor and 3 upper floors. Block B and D will have a ground floor and 1 upper floor whereas Block D will have a ground floor and 2 upper floors. The project will also have a provision for 104 villas along with the residential blocks. 

Amenities like a swimming pool, a banquet hall, a clubhouse, a landscape/garden, and a shop will be provided for the purpose of recreation. In the coming years, this project will be looked at as one of the most sought after hospitality projects in the Jaipur region.
