Aradhyam Builders Proposed an Affordable Group Housing Project (PMAY) at Khasra No. 945M, 946M & 954 at  Dasna in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The project is at a distance of 7.7 km from the Gaziabad Railway Station and at a distance of 12.9 km from the Hindon Air Base station. The project will have a hotel building and a residential complex along with a robust set of amenities. 

This upcoming project is currently under approval and will span over a land parcel of 5 acres with a construction area of 765,778 sq. ft. The project will comprise a hotel building with a basement, a ground floor and 10 upper floors. 4 residential towers, Towers B, C, D, E have been included as a part of the project which will provide high-end residential facilities. Towers B and C will have a basement, a ground floor and 14 upper floors, whereas towers D and E will have a basement, a ground floor and 11 upper floors. The project will have a dedicated EWS tower with a basement, a ground floor and 12 upper floors. 

The project will comprise a shop, a cafe and a restaurant for the purpose of recreation. Facilities like a Rain Water Harvesting plant and a Sewage Treatment Plant will be provided to take care of the sustainability of the project.
