Project Summary:
Virasha Infrastructure has proposed to construct a new residential development project “Virasha Nisarga” situated at Bawadiakala, Bhopal District, Madhya Pradesh. At present the company is in the process of seeking environmental clearance approvals.
Project Specifications:
The project will be developed on a plot measuring about 4.33 acres and has a development potential of approximately 688,082 sq.ft of built up area. It is proposed to provide 260 residential apartment Units. There would be 5 blocks with 10 upper floors.
Apart from this, it is proposed to develop one EWS Building and one LIG Building of 10 upper floors each. In addition, the project would provide parking facilities for 394 vehicles.
Locality & Connectivity:
The property is surrounded by a lot of the community facilities including schools, hospitals, temples etc located in close proximity to the project location.
Moreover, the project site is well connected through different transport facilities. The proposed project is located at a distance of 2.5 kms from the Misrod Railway while the Raja Bhoj International Airport is about 15 kms from from the project site.
