Vision India Group has proposed to develop a Residential Project “Nirwana Heights” which would be coming up at Kharar, Punjab.
Sprawled over an area of 6.67 acres, the project has a development potential of 639,470 sq.ft of built up area. It is proposed to develop 10 Towers with about 14 Upper Floors in each tower.
Moreover, 5 towers would consist of 6 Upper Floors. A part of the project would feature an EWS Building with upto 9 Upper Floors.
The project is surrounded by basic infrastructural facilities such as hospitals, schools, places of worship and other community facilities.
The nearest railway station is the Kharar Railway Station which is located at a distance of 4.4 kms and Mohali Airport is about 18.45 Kms away from the project site.
