Brief

MTDC was restarting the Operations of it Luxury on Wheels services of its Famous Deccan Odyssey Train and wanted it to be a Grand Event with a Wider reach amongst the Relevant Audiences, Stakeholders such as Government bodies and Officials, Media as well as the General Audiences.

Execution

We suggested them a Grand Launch Event, Social media Promotion on our Owned channels and a PR Strategy to make it a Talking point amongst the Audiences and Media as a Whole, as the Event was supposed to be Launched by the CM of Maharashtra – Shri Eknath Shinde ji along with DCM Shri Devendra Fadnavis ji

Results

A Grand Event was planned and executed on the Platform 16 of CSMT where the Train was scheduled to depart from where we welcomed Honourable Guests such as Tourism Minister Shri Girish Mahajan, Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Shri Rahul Narvekar, Principal Secretary Smt. Radhika Rastogi & MTDC’s MD Smt. Shraddha Joshi Sharma through Toothari, Toran and Traditional Tika Welcome. We also hosted huge dignitaries of Media whom we invited to create a Grand PR Coverage. We also created a small campaign on Social media with Teasers, Reveal and Launch by also going Live on our Social Media Channels
